Lepanto established the Lepanto Skills Development Center (LSDC) in 2013. It offers such courses as Shielded Metal Arc Welding and Electrical Installation and Maintenance for free to community residents, employees and their families following the curriculum of the TESDA. To date, LSDC has graduated a total of 98 students; 25 of whom have been employed by Lepanto. The rest are employed outside Lepanto and even overseas. 

 

LSDC is at the center of the partnership between Lepanto and the Department of Social Welfare Development for a sustainable livelihood program for the community
